Dr. Awada & his medical assistant offered my best urgent care experience in a singular visit. I was seen in his facility for hyperemesis gravidarum. I was incredibly ill and although there were only two people in the office working, they were fast acting, compassionate, and thorough. The doctor explained every medication administered and how they acted to relieve my symptoms. An IV was placed effortlessly and I was given fluids within my first 15 minutes of being in the building. Every time I vomited I was given a fresh emesis bag and the assistant was continuously checking on me. When I went to the pharmacy and had issues getting my prescription- the doctor called and resolved all issues immediately. The following days the doctor called to check in on me and his medical assistant sent messages ensuring I got everything I needed. I was offered the absolute best care in their facility and that was worth every penny. I will be returning to this urgent care if I ever need medical assistance. Thank you both for being the kindest medical staff I’ve ever encountered!

Dr. Awada was excellent. He was able to get me in very quickly, started my treatment right away, and made sure I understood everything throughout the visit. His prompt care and clear communication helped me feel better and reassured. He was attentive, kind, and very thorough in explaining everything. I’m very grateful for his professionalism and compassion and would highly recommend Dr. Awada.

I really like Dr. Awada. I’m a foreigner in this country, and when I had a UTI and back pain, I felt vulnerable and scared because of the language barrier. But he was very professional, patient, and gentle. I also appreciated his sense of humor. After his treatment, I feel much better.

I had an amazing experience at this facility. They were very efficient highly knowledgeable. The Front desk, staff, receptionist, medical assistants, and physicians were highly professional. They were extremely kind and compassionate I highly recommend this facility. I had some personal matters that I needed to see the doctor for and he was able to evaluate and treat me better than any other physician that I’ve been to. Came in with extreme 9/10 tooth pain. Dr. Awada and his staff quickly helped me with the pain and treatment plan afterwards. Even with the speed it was a warm welcoming place. I instantly felt comfortable being there. If you're one of those people who doesn't like going to the doctor please trust me when I say you will be happy you went. They even had my prescription sent to a 24hr CVS by my home so I wouldn't have to wait to go pick it up next day. Walked in with near crippling pain, walked out in peace and comfort. Knowing a place like this exists brings such a peace of mind.

I’m so grateful this urgent care was open at 5am after my mom unexpectedly passed out. Dr. Awada was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He thoroughly evaluated her, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt reassured during a stressful moment. My mom dislikes going to the doctor but truly appreciated his bedside manner. She’s feeling much better now and we’re very grateful for his care and compassion. I would choose Dr. Awada’s clinic again any day.

DON’T WASTE MONEY ON DERMATOLOGISTS WHEN YOU HAVE DR. AWADA: I went to the 24 hour urgent care for the flu. He noticed that I have been losing hair so quickly since I had been seeing him. Covid is horrible with hair growth. Anyways, I was seen an advanced dermatologist for a year. Plus, every time I went to the advanced dermatologist. I had to pay $250 out of my own money. They did nothing for me and I paid them over $1750. That’s out of my own pocket NOT counting insurance. Nothing was happening. In fact I kept on losing more hair I was so so depressed you have no idea or you do. Also, I used to have the thickest hair in the world then all of a sudden, I was basically going bald. mainly on the top of my scalp. I just had no idea what was going on. Dr. Awada immediately listened to me and he wanted to help me with my hair issues. I didn’t understand, but I listen to what he told me and I took the medication he prescribed, I can’t believe I started using a medication. Dr. Awada prescribed me. I just updated the 12 week photo Of how my hair looks now. It’s like day and night. I honestly would not believe this post if it weren’t me!!!! He’s 100% worth it. This is not a commercial. This is a Live person,. He is sort of kind of the master of all things. The first time I went to him I had a severe cut between my thumb and my index finger. It was a deep laceration. I had about 14 stitches. I’m telling you he’s like a plastic surgeon I don’t even have a scar there. I couldn’t find it if I tried. If any other urgent care doctor touched me up, I guarantee I would have a scar. He is so good at everything he does. My sister calls him the most intelligent doctor she knows. I agree 100%. Anyways, stop being depressed and go to him and get your hair growing back fully again. At least give it a try. I am in shock to how much hair has grown in the last 8-10 weeks. Am beyond grateful for the immediate care and support I received from Dr Sam Awada. After months of suffering from lower back pain, Dr Awada promptly diagnosed me with a fractured lumbar. He ordered a stat MRI and sent all reports to my oncologist for further evaluation and treatment. Dr Awada is a phenomenal diagnostic physician. He thoroughly understood my underlying health condition and went above and beyond to help me with his knowledge and expertise and gave me his immediate attention. Dr Sam Awada is the most caring and kind doctor I have ever been to. Dr Sam is now my ‘go to’ doctor. He is by far the BEST physician I have ever encountered.

I first started seeing Dr. Awada back in the early 2000s. He was highly recommended to me by one of the physicians I was working with. I instantly felt comfortable working with him. He has a fantastic bedside manner and when he enters the room the patient has always been his main focus. Dr. Awada asks all the right questions to get to the heart of your problem right away. I only stopped going to his office because I moved about 30 min away. I have been looking for a good doctor ever since. Last week I threw my back out and just decided instead of suffering through another urgent care I decided to make the drive out to Warren from Auburn Hills so I could re-establish myself as a patient. It was the best decision I have made in a long time. Dr. Awada remembered me and my back problems. He gave me a toradol shot to help with the nerve pain and some prescriptions to help with the inflammation. That was the first good night sleep I had gotten in weeks! I recommend Dr. Awada’s urgent care practice. He and his fellow collegues have an office that operates 24/7. There are other doctors who see patients in the office but I did call ahead to make sure he would be there. When I got to the office there was one patient before me and I barely waited 15 minutes before he came into my exam room. He sent my prescriptions to the local 24 hr CVS and my wait there was barely more than 10-15 minutes. Overall I had a really great experience and it was wonderful to see Dr. Awada’s practice thriving.
